Stop taking my money , the house was sold stop cheating me

I am leaving a nightmare with Better Bond , I send them an email end of November 2018 , telling them the house insured has been sold and they told me the insurance was linked to the bank they needed bond cancelation documents which I gave them till today they are playing hide and seek saying the letter I gave them was not a bond cancellation letter but they not telling me how the bond cancelation letter is suppose to look like. They now even saying they could not get hold of me by telephone or email , I had changed my numbers but they are always sending me promotion emails how come they not getting hold of me when it comes to refunding me my money. Better Bond is take my hard earned R279 every moth for a non existence property , I am really tired of calling these people they refuse to listen. I want my money back since the time I informed them the house was sold and they just refusing to cancel the policy. Better Bond stop cheating me of my money .
