Stay Away from Bettersure!

What a terrible insurer. Typical sly insurance tricks pulled to not pay our claim. Finding any possible technicality to deny our claim as not valid even thought it’s got a direct link to our home being a safe environment for us as our sewage/septic system failed. Don’t fall for their friendly sales person techniques when they call to sign you up for home owners insurance because as soon as you have to claim they will easily find a way to deny your claim. Not to mention sending very shady “preferred service providers” to “assess” damages when they have not a clue what is actually going on. Moving my home insurance elsewhere as we speak.
