Stay away from BetterSure
I put through a claim in the middle of December. It is now almost the best of Feb and still no one has bothered to do anything. No one keeps us updated. What do people pay you for. Every time i call i get the same answer, we will call you back in 30 minutes and no one does. PATHETIC

13 Mar 2023, 12:09Since the 21st Feb no one has come back to me, as usual. Still the issue has not been resolved. No SP has been here to inspect the pump. No one has gotten back to me, Again i have sent numerous, promises that some one will come out have not been kept. This has been going on for 3 months now. Is this how you treat all your clients? WHY CANT ANYONE JUST PICK UP THE PHONE AND CALL ME. WHAT AM I PAYING FOR, CLEARLY IT IS NOT SERVICE OR COMMON DECENCY....... DISGUSTING..
