Service failure

After I previously put my matter on hello Peter (7 May 2025) they took less than 5 minutes to respond and apologize. They they said the will review and sent my matter to underwriters and give me report and then thats it, no futher update. it seem they only do PR with hello Peter they are actually ******. the speed at which they respond to hello Peter is not aligned to thier competence
