I recently assisted by Joshua Shatar on my policy, such a humble consultant who displayed the willingness to help me on my query. After having raised my frustration on how no one bothered to give me an update or a simple call back he was proactively engaging with him and assured me that he will call me back on Thursday to ensure that my refund was processed and he did just that!!!
