Seamless cancellation :)

I wanted to cancel my insurance cover that I had with Betterlife. I thought this would be a tedious and annoying processes. However I was pleasantly surprised at the efficient manner in which Elroy Mangore handled my cancellation request.

He was efficient and explained my options to be before processing the cancellation.
