Sandile Bongo and Kekeletso M excellent sense of professionalism , patience and service.

I had a claim that took longer than expected with bettersure , even though I am not happy with the delays experienced . I must share that throughout this frustrating process Sandile Bongo remained calm and very respectful even in trying times . I would like to also highlight the service I received from Kekeletso in Monday when I called looking for Sandile , she didn’t give me a response that said Sandile was unavailable only but she went further to obtain feedback from Sandile’s supervisor so she could ensure I knew what was going on without me having to ask or even explain why I called . My claim was difficult for me because I had to keep explaining. Even though the claim is not finalised . I appreciate the sense of respect, thoughtfulness and ubuntu showed by Sandile and Kekeletso. Kekeletso even recalled that she had spoken to me previously.

As much as I hope and wish that bettersure could improve their processes and turnaround time. I really thought I should highlight the exceptional service and sense of professionalism received from Sandile and Kekeletso .
