I would not recommend this insurance to anyone. Myself and my Husband been with them for 3 and a half years and we tried to claim a storm damage and now by the looks of it it’s a possible rejection due to “wear and tear” mind you we have been trying to maintain our boundary wall over the years and unfortunately the storm damage was out of our control!!! We just wasted 3 and half years with this pathetic insurance. Money down the drain!!
They talk about “protecting” us from storms etc but look at this bull****. Also we’ve been sitting with an exposed wall for the past month !!!! I’m cancelling this insurance immediately.

Following a detailed site inspection, it was found that the damage was not caused by a single storm-related incident. Instead, the inspection revealed that the collapse was due to underlying structural issues—specifically, lateral pressure from a neighboring elevated property and the absence of an adequate retaining wall.
Unfortunately, these factors—relating to design deficiencies, structural deterioration, and gradual failure—are not covered under the terms of your policy, which excludes damage arising from poor construction or maintenance over time.
We understand that this is not the outcome you were hoping for, and we truly regret the frustration this has caused.
