Refuses to cancel policy

I cancelled my policy with this company because of increased premiums. The told they called me because this has to be done telephinically, a complete lie! I then decided to call thenm but was kept holding the line for ages. After I finally spoke to someone to assisit he then trasnferred me to another number but no one picked up. So they continue debiting. I am really suffering because of the bad record since I had to stop putting funds into my account. I have proof of this.
