Refusal to cancel policy
I requested the cancellation of my Bond Cover Policy in August 2015. Better-life refused to cancel my policy. They requested cancellation letters from my home loan provider. My bank e-mailed them the requested letter, I also e-mailed them the same letter. I received no response from Better-life. I would also like them to refund all premiums paid since August 2015. This is the worst customer service I have ever received in my life!!!!
