Refusal to cancel policies!

Good Day<br> <br> I have been trying to cancel the policies taken up from last year on the 25th of October. <br> <br> When Vusi phoned to confirm that you can go ahead with the insurance product I told him that I've got insurance with Standard Bank already and can he please cancel. <br> <br> He then assured me that he would send me the cancellation forms - until this day I have not received them however you're very punctual with the debit order!<br> <br> I've phoned numerous times thereafter still to no avail yet you continue to debit my account for approximately R700 every month! I requested the cancellation in October 2015 can you please urgently refund the R3500 that you owe me and FINALLY cancel the policies! <br> <br> I haven't even received my confirmation of insurance documents - this has been a shambles from the start. I keep being told that your retention's department is outbound only and they will call me back! I've waited way to long now - please just cancel and refund me my money!!!<br> <br>
