refusal to cancel my policy and refund me

I would like to lodge a formal complaint I requested my cover to be cancelled completely in June 2015 and never be renewed I stated my reasons long time ago yet no response premiums are still being deducted from my account for both life and home cover can you request someone in a senior position to call me and tell me when my cover will been cancelled and when my refund is going to be refunded for JUNE, JULY, AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER this is really out of hand, i have been calling betterlife to just assist me no one seems to be able to refund or sort this out for me ive been asking so many time for the policy to be cancelled i really detest the insurance i took but because of the treatment i am getting FROM BETTER-LIFE i don't see my self insuring myself wife and house with betterlife again
