Random call to tell me my cover is currently "terminated". No explanation, no prior warning, nothing...

I got a call this morning saying if I would like to 'reactivate' my building insurance ? I told her I'm already insured for building insurance with BetterSure.

I was informed that my policy was "terminated" and that I am not covered ? Worst thing is, I was NEVER informed that it was terminated meaning I've been living in uninsured house an over a month and NOBODY thought tell me this ?? Last time I called end of Feb, I was insured that I am covered from 1st March and it's even on your voice recording. Not a single peep since then now I'm suddenly told it's currently "terminated".

What if something happened in that time period ? Let me guess, it would have been my fault for not following up to make sure I'm insured ?

Horrible and scary service... I am now getting other quotes because this is dodge....
