Poorest service I ever got from an insurance company
Poor poor poor service!!!!!! I registered a claim in January for my flats geyser that burst... geyser has been replaced BUT their contractor damaged my ceiling....after several call up to today the 29 March 2021 ceiling has not been fixed...only reply I get from consultant is” claim is still pending”””
