Poor service, take your money elsewhere

The service is pathetic. I am still waiting on my refund. Your consultant Jonathan needs a Quality check. I called in Feb 2024 to cancel, he firstly doesn't listen to what I asked and cancels the same day, after explaining again he assured me it woukd be canceled the end of the same month. March comes and I get a deduction. I called again twice where the lady emaield him to call me back and request a refund.. Of course he doesn't call. The 2nd call i make i get to him a, he doesn't apologize and only i demand confirmation he said he will include me in the refund email to the refund department. ..... Right. Its end April.. Still no refund. I want my money and a manger to call me ASAP!
