Poor service levels and no feedback on existing claim
BetterBond what is going on with your service levels? Worst experience ever with our Betterbond building insurance claim. Been over 2 weeks and still nothing done about fixing the wind damage? Shocking to say the least and worst mistake to go with them and not another insurance company.

23 Jul 2020, 16:10Bettersure is very quick to take money every month but the moment there is a claim they find all sorts of excuses to decline it. Make sure to read their “Terms and Conditions” and DO NOT waste your money on them!
