POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

I am still waiting for a refund from the 29/09 for an error made by the sales consultant who didnt bother to get back to me or send me an apology after several attempts of trying to get the matter resolved which makes me wonder if my claim will be paid in time in an unforseen circumstance. I did a follow 3times and to date they are ignoring my emails. Also decided to cancel one of the insurances because of the poor seevice
