Poor service!!!

The worst service ever, you log a claim they send contractors out that doesn't even know what they are doing, I logged a claim on the 9th of December and I'm still sitting with a brand new geyser that's not working. Eventually yesterday after millions of emails one of their consultants phoned me just to give me a number I MUST PHONE to sort my own geyser out, so now tell me what's the use of having and paying insurance, bettersure you guys suck big time!!!!
