Poor service

On 11 November 2023, the service provider appointed by Bettersure insurance came to my house to install solar panel that was damaged. After installation, they energized the system and unfortunately there was a surge which damaged my electronic equipment which include 1 IPhone charger, 2 Macbook charger and electric fence energizer. I have tried to call Bettersure on numerous occasions and even wrote lots of emails without any help. I am thinking of leaving them this month
