Poor quality I will not recommend them to anyone

I have made a claim with bettersure last year November 2024, they told me there were some outstanding documents which I managed to get hold of and submitted all of them in March. They never contacted me with any feedback and I have been calling and emailing them with no luck as well as sending them messages on what's app. They promised their consultants will be in touch with me till today nothing has ever happened. I have tried everything and I have proof of all the conversation I have been sending them with no reply

Our general claims manager has confirmed that she's contacted you with some feedback; however, she will continue to be in touch with you as soon as we have a status update from the reinsurer.
