Poor poor service

Hi wrote a review couple of months ago about bettersure, they contacted me a month or so later a guy named theo assisted me got to the part where he said the problem would be resolved after weeks of back and forth yet it has been 3 to 4 weeks later and nothing came of my claim that I filed more than 6 months ago already
