poor customer service
The worst customer service ever, I wouldn't advice anyone to take a policy with these guys. I lodged a storm damage claim on 03 October 2023 it has not been concluded my roof still damaged. Additionally, I lodged another claim for a burst pipe and they have approved one aspect of it not the other as a result now I am left with a damaged wall. I doubt they have service standards, they have utter disrespect for their customers.
