Poor customer service

I filed a claim a few months ago they sent contractors out to inspect the wall that collapsed, they then approved that claim and said only if that contractor rebuild the wall, I paid the access fee the wall was built since then a month later the wall started cracking again i reported this they sent a different contractor to inspect then again the previous contractor and since then i haven't heard anything from them it's been 2 months now.
