Poor claim services
This is the worst insurance service i ever had to deal with in my life. I put a claim(HOC***) and assessor was sent with few days. It has been 3weeks and no feedback is available regarding the claim. Every time i call consultants will say the claim is with the team leader, I doubt any business claim can just be blink without information accessible for consultants

21 Feb 2024, 10:11It is so disappointing that my claim was rejected after waiting for over 30days long for feedback. It doesn't make sense that i buy a house with built-in kitchen cardboards 2019, and i get told that the work was substandard that the granite was not supported correctly and hence it fell. When i buy the house how i'm i supposed to know how structures should be because this is not due to poor maintenance of the property instead its how a kitchen was design and built by the previous seller.
I guess its time to look for a new better insurance
