Poor Assistance
I have experienced bad service when trying to put a claim in, I have phoned 3 times just explain myself all over again and as soon as I get put through to claims the line drops and when I call back I struggle to get through. This is extremely frustrating and I still haven't been helped with my claim. They take all your info and when the call drops they don't even make the effort to call you back knowing you urgently want to put in a claim.
