Policy Number BSH*** , Bettersure Policy Cancelled but debit order still went off account and more than it is supposed to be.

After getting my Bond approved , Bettersure contacted me to give me a discount on my Building insurance that was provided on the Original quote from FNB where my bond was taken out from. They made me believe that this is the policy on the quote that was send to me by my bank and took the discounted amount by Bettersure. Later the same day FNB phoned me and told me that this is their policy on the quote and they have nothing to do with Bettersure. I have cancelled my Bettersure policy immediately after I found that this was incorrectly explained to me by Bettersure, but the day after my house was registered 26th of October 2021 Bettersure debit order went off on the 27th of October 2021. The funny part is Bettersure offered me the insurance for a premium of R350.08. The debit order amount was for R402.71. I have contacted the person that I have send the cancellation to and they said that they will get back to me and this has been almost 3 weeks where I constantly send mails and follow-up but no feedback is being received back from Bettersure. I hope someone can help me in this matter this is very frustrating in not getting any feedback and to also refund me for the funds that was incorrectly deducted from my account.
