POLICY CANCELLATION

To whom it may concern

Several weeks ago I was contact for a quote on house insurance at R360.00 I agreed to...for weeks I have been asking for a copy of my policy which I received to see the cost is actually R460.00....

I called to have the policy cancelled to be told they are short staffed and will have the cancellation department call me. Needless to say this never happened I sent several mails asking why the change no response. I have since sent 3 emails to have the policy cancelled and no response because frankly if this is the service I am getting I can just imagine the service ill receive should I need to claim
