PLEASE CANCEL MY POLICY

Betterlife has provided the worst possible service. I have never in my life experienced such problems. I have called numerous times with no luck of getting my policy cancelled and my refund. I have sold the house I purchased relating to the insurance however I have been debited for a policy I no longer need. I called in numerous times with no luck. I even spoke to a consultant Shannon whom I sent the supporting documentation through regarding the property being transferred off my name as requested.

To my surprise I did not receive any feedback to date. Its really pathetic service. Yet when I purchased my home, and you wanted me to take the policy with you guys you went out of your way to ensure you got my sale to take my money. Now that I no longer need your service you wont cancel my policy but you continue to debit me.

Please stop!!!!!!! Cancel my policy and refund me immediately!!!!!!!!!!!

This is really frustrating. Calling the call center and getting no assistance.
