PATHTETIC SERVICE

I have been trying forever to try and get assistance to remove one of my insured on my existing policy. With no luck at all. I call through then hold forever to be transferred. It is pathetic. However let me out a call for new business they call you in seconds. If Better Sure does not get back to me I will cancel the entire policy and wont allow my bank to let them debit my account. This is pathetic, makes me wonder what the claim process will be like.
