Pathic service from Bettersure Insurance.

Reported a leak at my premises and when a service provider was sent from Bettersure he did not know what to look for and said they don't fix leaking taps. The report was sent to Bettersure who repudiated the claim. After getting in a Plumber of my own ,the findings were completely different to what their Plumbers came up with. I sent my report with pictures to them of the finding from the Plumber I had to get to fix the problem, I have still not heard from them. All they do is send you an automated reply which acknowledges your e-mail. After many correspondence and phone calls I have to decided to cancel my homeowners insurance with them because of pathetic services. It looks like they are willing to accept your premiums every month but when it comes to assistance they are reluctant.
