Pathetic service where insurance companies ***** money

This pathetic insurance company debited me twice already for this month, so when our house was registered they immediately deducted an amount for the building cover on the 9th of March and also deducted an amount today from my account. How could I be debited twice, like really this is absurd. When I call the call center they advised me that the amount for the 9th of March was for immediate cover and debited me again today on the 23rd. What madness is this. I want my refund because I cannot pay twice in one month. What freak show is this. Please someone must contact me immediately regarding my refund or I am canceling this nonsense ****.
