Pathetic service fir insurance claim
Put in a claim for tree felling, as I had a Appie doring tree at the left corner with big branches overlapping to the roof as well as to my neighbors house. They insist on using their own service providers and sent out a guy that has absolutely no knowledge on tree felling and did not have the correct equipment aswell. He showed up with a rope and bow saw. I have pictures of before and after and there's hardly a difference.
I logged a complaint with the call center and have not recieved any feedback since.
Pathetic service.
