Pathetic Service
I would like to convey my utter disgust with the service I received or should I say the service I did not receive from BetterSure. I recently logged a claim that has since been rejected. They do not have competent service providers (this was definitely in my case). But apart from the rejection claim. I had to call them numerous times to receive the rejection letter which finally arrived today (3 weeks later).
So my advice to BetterSure Insurance clients, please reconsider your options when it comes to protecting your property and contents. You WILL be BetterOff with other insurance companies out there.

During the claims process, we are given an opportunity to validate the claim, which was done in your case. After the assessment was completed, we have established the damages that is claimed for are in fact pre existing damages and due to defective in workmanship.
We refer you to the terms and conditions of the policy that stipulate the exclusion of both defective workmanship as well as pre existing damages. The claim was subsequently declined for these reasons.
