Pathetic service!!!

<p>The worst service EVER! Wow!!! I am wowed! After dealing with Jabulani, Mbali, Chris and "Jabu" my policy matter is still unresolved! You have just taken poor service delivery to another level!!! I am currently on hold and have been on hold for 24minutes... Really pathetic! If I don't follow up, no one even bothers to return my call! I understand that I am not your only client but your Facebook page clearly shows that I am not the only one experiencing this kind of service!</p>
