Pathetic Service

To my biggest regret i accepted life insurance for my mortage with this company. Two debit orders went off and the property has not even registered on my name yet.<br> <br> I contacted the call centre to query this, and forwarded all the neccassary documents to amend the policy on 4/3/2015. However a month later another debit order went off after i sent all the requested documents!!!<br> I again contacted the call centre, spoke to Christpoher who said he will call me back, he never did. I called again and spoke to Christpher a second time, who said his team leader will call me, he never did<br> <br> I am cancelling this policy as i doubt this company can deliver what they promise.
