Pathetic non existent service when it comes to claim payouts, but very quick to take your money.

I've been paying Bettersure for some time now, but now I've seen that when it comes to actually claiming- the service is absolutely pathetic!

I pay them for 3 of my properties and they are quick to take the money each month for years, but since I've claimed after a geyser burst in the property, I just don't hear back from them at all.

Believe it or not, I've actually already had the contractor in, replaced the geyser, and the ceilings, paid them; and I still haven't heard a word from them. I've done everything myself. The money should rather be in a savings account than with them.
