Pathetic Customer Service

<p><br />I have requested both my policies which are building and life insurances to be cancelled, and they confirm that they have both been cancelled. to my surprised, last nigh I got an SmS from my bank with a debit order from BetterLife, which shows that the policies weren't cancelled.</p> <p><br />What would it take for me to get my policies cancelled with your guys???</p> <p><br />This is bad customer service at its best</p>
