Pathethic customer care and bad service

I insured my house with Bettersure hoping I would get great insurance cover for sure. Last week I called to lodge a complaint with regards to a faulty motor at my house first I was told the system was down and someone would call me back. No one did! I called back and spoke to Nompilo and she promised a service provider would come to me the very day on Wednesday 18 October 2023 at 4pm..No one called or communicated. I called back and was told no service provider had been allocated for my claim but they will sort it out. Immediately I got the sms below..

Dear valued customer MOSADI HOME AND MAINTENANCE SOLUTIONS has been allocated to assess the builder on your Storm. For assistance please contact us on *** or email ***. BetterSure. FSP24015 Please note that the claim above has nothing to do with my claim... I called back and was assured someone made a mistake and Ndalo promised me that at 9+:15am the next day the service provider will be at my doorstep... again noone came and no communication hapenned until I called and was told the same story that no service provider had been allocated. I spoke to Sipiwe the team leader who promised me action and service still nothing happened and the was now Friday.

Today Monday 23 October 2023, I called in and spoke to Risuna and was promised the service provider would come to my doorstep at 3:15pm trust me its already 20:59pm and am still waiting...

This is the worst insurance company and the call center stuff need training and should be able to tell the truth. I have lost time, money and trust in this company. I encourage new home owners not to use them
