Worst experience of my life. I submitted a claim and a consultant was sent to go view and assess the damage. Few days later I'm contacted to be informed that my claim is being assessed with possible rejection. Today I get a call that my claim is rejected due to structural defects, like what is wrong with the structure except for the problem that I am claiming for? I go to their fb page only to find a client complaining about his claim rejected because of the structural defects. This company is slowly becoming a ****, people be careful. Looks like they don't want to pay for structural damages. Be warned about this company, Im switching insurances because this kind of treatment is disgusting.

Thank you for contacting us. We apologise for your experience with your claim outcome. Based on the assessor's report, we have referred your claim to the underwriter for a possible rejection. If the underwriter agrees with the findings, a formal, detailed rejection letter will be prepared, outlining the exact reasons for the decision. If the underwriter disputes the assessor's findings, we will also be informed to review the claim.
The letter will also include the relevant email address for submitting disputes. Please let us know if you need further clarification on the process.
