Outstanding Support - ALESSANDRO.
I have had the honor of working with Alessandro from Bettersure / 4sure contact centre. I am a service provider and getting a response or assistance from an insurance company can be daunting. However, with Alessandro you get guidance, you get support, you get respect and you get empathy, over and above your request being attended to. Thank you very much Alessandro for the support. The team and I truly appreciate it. You make our work worthwhile.
