When it comes to disappointment champions, best believe BetterSure is taking the trophy hands down. No VAR required.
The entire claims process was tidious, cumbersome and disintegrated. 6 days after being promised a settlement in 5 business days I'm still without the means to replace items I need for work,personal and leisure... My home contents.
Driving in JHB CBD is a piece of cake compared to dealing with BetterSure.

Empathetic,urgent and honest. She went above and beyond to assist with my long overdue claim, what has been taking months to solve only took her a few days, I wonder what special abilities she has that others don't.
I'm really gratefull and hope she is recognised for all her efforts and persistent customer satisfaction attitude, from the phone calls to emails. If you're having troubles with client retentions, she's your solution.
