We have been insured with bettersure insurance for 4 years, and put in our first claim this year, due to our geyser pipe leaking. The contractor THEY assigned to fix, did a poor job, leaving us with a burst pipe in our ceiling, water running down everywhere our roof, damaging the ceiling. Well Bettersure told us its now the contractors liability and TOTALLY distanced themselves from our damage. Call centre is a disgrace, never phones you back, zero help or assistance.
