Opening a insurance policy without written concent

<p>Bought a house in mid January.opted going for my existing insurance and some how betterlife got my contact details.after declining betterlifes insurance I now find my account being debited for insurance which I have never given verbal or written concent for.after numerous attempts to get hold of kamagelo Maroeng (a consultant at betterlife)telephonically I started emailing numerous times to my attorneys ,bank and betterlife in attempt to stop this debit order. I insist that someone at betterlife attend to my querie and cancel this ********** so called "contract" with a matter of urgency. I am sick and tired of my numerous attempts to get hold of someone to assist me. My greatest concern is , how betterlife managed to get hold of my banking details and still have the ordasity to access it without my consent.I have had no dealing with betterlife before however will never want any dealing due to this inconvenient ordeal I find myself in now.</p>
