One of the worst Insurance business I have ever seen

One of the worst Insurance business I have ever heard of. My daughter has put in a claim for the theft of the copper-piping that has been ripped from the outside walls of her poperty and the perpetrator worked his way into the property which was locked with security gates and stole all the taps by ripping them out off the walls and broke a basin to get to the tap that was attached to the basin. her claim was rejected because of 1)" lack og maintenance" 2) the property is not fenced off 3) there was no forced entrance to the property 4) we don't replace copper piping that has been ******. We need a explanation for all those "normal excses" that this insurance is ussing not to pay. On the maintennace side off there storry even if there where brand new piping the peretrator whould have still ripped the pipes of the wall as they are fixed on the outside of the walls of the property. 2) property is not fenced I challenge this insurance company to proof what they are saying as the property is fully fenced by fencing and walls with excess gates that are locked. 3) no forced entrance to the property, so if the perpetrator climbs the fence its not a forced entrance to the property and if the perpetrator comes with the necessary tools to cirmumvent a lock that is locked to gain access to the inside of a building this is also not regarded as forced entrance, please you as insurance company please proof this. 4) please show us in your policy where it states you don't cover copper piping in the event of theft.
