Not interested in assisting clients

Never take insurance with Bettersure unless you want to be frustrated to the core, yesterday there was a break-inn on one of our properties called them they told me is after hours but i will get better assistance in the morning till now i have been on the phone with them sending me from peeler to post, i asked to speak to a team leader i was told the team leader is busy with my case. I told her im willing to wait on the line she came back with same story, i was only asking for the rates so i can get a service provider to sort out this issue ASAP but she told me she does not know the rates i asked her to get the team leader on the call but she put me on hold and dropped the call.
