no stars for bettersure

No feedback ! I must call and ask them about my claim , i called them about 20 times now and still no feedback . every day its " we will give you feedback by the days end " but no one calls , then i call again the next day but to no avail .

thumb sucking assessments being done on home contents , then i had to do a inventory list with prices to prove i am not under insured .

Assessor is not competent in his work , really well done Bettersure , well done !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
