No Service to my rain damage in Amanzimtoti!

No Service!!!! I am at my wit's end with BetterSure and the poor, sorry no, lack of service! I have not heard back from BetterSure, I received no mail/ letter stating what is going on with my claim, we have been waiting for way to long, I think I will have to take steps by going to write another letter to Hellopeter on this.

We have another weather warning of heavy rain and we still have te damage of the previous rains, you tell me, what now?????

How do I get the insurance that doesn't mind to take their Fee from my account every month to pay me the respect that I deserve?

I really hope that I don't have to go the legal way with regards to this! Because I feel I could have had my damage fix before the big rain, if BetterSure just got off their paid behinds and informed me of my claim, but NO, let wait and let the damage increase and then wait more!

You as BetterSure has failed me!!!!! The worsts insurance company ever!

I can not believe how you are treating me with regards to not giving feedback, I have to go out of my way, to find out what is happening with my claims, and then I have to beg you to send me the letter stating what is going on. Why? Why, do I have to do your job for you?

I want my answers NOW! I think I have been patient enough!!!!! I am requesting that the top management or owner or someone that sits at the top of this company contact me!
