No service

Ive put through a claim for building insurance that i have with Bettersure insurance on ghe 18 June 2020 and a person of Das Western Cape was appointed to come see damages at house. Basically we bought a house and Bettersure was the insurance company we chose to have insurance with about 6 months ago.. So basically the claim was for when it rains cracks appears and water leaks through the cracks. The person who came to the house said it takes about 3 days for insurance to give feed back... That was 22June 2020..Nobody comes back with feedback i have to phone them and then my query has been sent to a different department.. Their phone lines is down or says does not exist... How to get hold of them is impossible but every month they get monthly payments but i do not get service...
