No Response to a Storm Damage. BetterSure.

Good Day I have not received any feedback regarding a claim made l made on the 28th of December 2023, claim number is: BSH***4 regarding a storm damage an accessor was sent on the 28th of December 2023. till to date I have not received any feedback or update I have called plenty times without getting any assistance, the storm damage Was reported last year 28 December 2023 I was told I will be contacted after 5 working days from the 28th of December 2023, as a loyal client I’m very disappointed on the service I’m receiving.

I call in every week and email I am promised that I will be called but nothing and with every rainy day the damage becomes worse putting our safety in danger. I have an email trail, of being inored I have even emailed their client complaint still no response.
