NO RESPONSE! EVER!!!!

<p>I have had a betterlife policy for a few years now.</p> <p>They debit me every single month and I never receive communication or policy schedule at all.</p> <p>I have requested my policy info numerous times with no response. I need my policy info sent to me immediately or I will have to take my complaint to the Ombud.</p> <p> </p>
